Straight line winds knocked down trees and power lines near Crenshaw. A canopy was blown off a building as well as a radio antenna.

Straight line winds knocked down trees and power lines in the south part of Crenshaw.

Straight line winds blew numerous trees and power lines down all across Panola County. Winds were estimated at 60 to 70 mph in Batesville. A grand total of 94 homes in Batesville received damage from the winds or from falling trees. Sixty-eight homes of those homes received minor damage while six received major damage. Four homes were destroyed. In addition, two vehicles were damaged from falling trees as well. Outside of Batesville, fifty homes received damage by the winds.
