Several power lines were blown down on Iago Blvd southeast of Belle Plaine.
Wind damage occurred throughout the county, but the worst areas were from New Prague to Elko-New Market. This area had multiple reports of trees down, many large, and some affecting power lines. There were a few recorded wind gusts of 55 to 65 mph across the southern part of Scott County.
A tree was downed onto power lines.
