Around one-third inch of ice led to widespread tree and powerline damage along with power outages.
Around one-quarter inch of ice accumulated on trees and elevated surfaces. A few trees and powerlines were knocked down with scattered power outages. Numerous tree limbs were broken and a few traffic accidents occurred.
Power-lines and trees down near Bells and Cypress communities. A shed was also destroyed.
Straight line winds knocked down numerous trees and power lines along Highway 88 in Maury City. In addition, some minor roof damage occurred to a house along Highway 188. A few tin sheds also sustained damage.
