The Turtle Creek at Beloit reached minor flood stage, cresting at 9.72 feet the morning of September 14th. Floodwaters surround a power substation on Colley Road. Colley Road is closed between Sager Lane and Brewster Ave. Floodwaters are also in the backyards of some homes on Arrowhead Drive, East Ridge Road, Mocassin Drive, Boulder Lane, Rockfence Lane and Stonehedge Lane. Parts of Bootmaker Drive and Moccasin Trail are flooded.
