Moving northeastward near 25 mph, they produced winds estimated as high as 60 knots, blowing down trees and power lines in the city of Burnet, and tearing the roof off a barn. Sporadic wind damage persisted as the storms continued to knock over trees and power lines between Burnet and Briggs.
