Thunderstorm winds downed several trees and some utility poles. The damage stretched from Main Street in Castalia north along State Route 269 to near U.S. Highway 6. Main Street (State Route 101) had to be closed because of downed trees and power lines. A vehicle was briefly trapped by downed lines. The occupant was not hurt. Power outages were reported throughout the area.
