Hurricane Dorian: power restored in Central Florida – Orlando Sentinel
Most of the power outages in Central Florida were in the coastal counties of Brevard and Volusia where wind speeds and gusts were higher. Restoration crews worked throughout the day so that by dinnertime, families would have lights on in their homes. Inland counties such as Orange, Seminole, Lake, Osceola and Polk fared much better.
