Clermont Power Outages Caused by Weather

The Times Newspaper of Gainesville and the Hall county 911 center reported that trees were blown down in Clermont and Lula. The trees also knocked down some power lines, leaving up to 1200 residents without power through the evening. Power lines were down near the Lee-Gilmer Memorial Airport, where a downed tree also blocked the entrance to a resident's home, and a large tree was down near the intersection of Old Cornelia Highway and Georgia Highway 52 in Lula.
