Public videos and pictures confirmed a landspout tornado developed west-northwest of Flora and moved to the east-southeast over fields. One video showed the landspout moving through powerlines. No damage occurred.
Emergency manager reports numerous power lines were knocked down due to thunderstorm wind gusts. Trees and tree limbs of unknown size were also snapped.
Numerous small to large tree limbs downed due to non-thunderstorm wind gusts across the county. At least 636 homes were without power at one point.
A nearby report of a semi-truck blown over on Interstate 65, west of Frankfort, due to high, non-thunderstorm damaging wind gusts. No reports of power outages were received from the county.
