To Comed. I better not see charges on my bill for the days I didn't have service. If I do, I will call every news station there is to investigate. I will take to social media like a storm. All Hell will break out.

I need to know when the power will restore I have my medication in the fridge and food . Is comed going to reimburse us for that or not pay our bill for a month?

Power outages have existed for some time now which makes it a common problem. Hard working Customers are upset. What about the updated grid system we paid for? Or maybe the suits sitting behind their executive desks are upset about the Comed scandal and taking their frustrations out on everyday people who depend on power to live and in some cases to breath such as oxygen dependent patients. Shame on you Comed.

With all the expenses that customers pay for reliable service, Comed should have this common problem fixed by now. What about the updated grid system customers paid for? Or my the suits sitting behind executive desks are upset about the Comed scandal and is taking their frustrations out on innocent working people.

Extreme attempts should be made to restore power. It’s been out in Dolton since 4 pm Monday, August 10. This is not the 1950s. It should not take this long to restore power—and the latest report is that it may not be restored until Saturday, August 15. That’s five days of no air conditioning, working cooktops, freezers, refrigerators, TV, cable/internet (while people need to work from home), etc. My food is spoiling, my freezer is leaking water onto my hardwood floors. All of this should be a ComEd expense. Please fix the power problem NOW!!! We pay too much to be experiencing this!
