Thunderstorm winds estimated at 70 miles an hour blew down numerous trees and power lines.

Law enforcement reported 65 mile an hour winds at Foyil. This wind caused damage to trees and power poles. The winds also blew down a metal shed at the football stadium. The falling shed injured a four year old girl who was at the location to watch a scrimmage. The girl was transported to the nearest hospital to be treated.
