A trained spotter reported a downed power pole in Goodwell and that much of the east side of Goodwell was without power.
Thunderstorms which moved across Goodwell Oklahoma during the early morning hours knocked out power to around six hundred and eighty Tri-County Electric customers. No injuries were reported.
The tornado remained over open country. The tornado knocked down powerlines north of Texhoma...destroyed one hog barn with major damage to two others...and two homes in rural Texas county received major damage.
