Power been out yesterday since 5am and there is still no power and no one will answer it's getting ridiculous considering I paid my light bill so I wouldn't have this problem in the first place especially in this weather

Rolling Blackout? 15 to 60 Minutes? Oncor needs to buy a new watch - since 9:30 am it is slightly more than even 60 Minutes! Nobody is available on the phone / the website cannot be reached - so we do not know when the power comes back on in Grapevine. I thought we live in the 31st century and have all these smart people work on an emergency - Welcome to the third world.

My power has gone out twice already. This wouldn't be so frustrating if there was anyone available to answer your phones. Way to go Trieagle for providing NO customer service during this time. Good to know how you treat your customers.
