Several trees and power poles were downed between Versailles, Greenville and Ansonia.
About 15-20 power poles and lines were downed in the county. A gust to 52 mph was measured in New Weston, along with a 45 mph gust in Union City.
A barn was blown over and a power pole was snapped.
Trees and power lines were reported knocked down. A barn was also destroyed and damage was reported to grain silos.
A tree was knocked down onto power lines, which knocked wires down, near the intersection of Grubbs-Rex Road and Route 127.
