As of 10:10 p. m, Friday, Feb 4, the company reported 382 separate outages and a total of 15,648 customers without power due to winter weather. Among those without power include more than 4,900 residents in Hocking County. South Central Power Co. added that fresh crews were arriving this morning to assist with the restoration process.
