Guthrie Power Outages Caused by Weather
Events
A microburst, as relayed by the county emergency management director, downed at least 50 to 100 trees or tree limbs along with power lines in a Guthrie subdivision. Damage area was less than 1/4 mile wide and less than 1/8 mile long. Some trees fell on cars, however tree damage to homes was very limited.
Two houses in Trenton sustained major damage, including partial destruction of an exterior wall. Some other homes received minor damage. Most of the house damage was due to falling trees. Trees and power poles were down.
Downed tree limbs and power lines were reported.
