Power Outage in Guttenberg, IA

Freezing rain fell over the southern parts of Clayton County during the early morning hours of February 23rd. Public reports indicated a quarter inch of ice accumulation occurred on power lines across main street in Buena Vista.

The highest reported snow total was 15.2 inches in Strawberry Point.
