Straight line winds knocked multiple trees and power lines down in Halls. Several homes had minor roof damage.
Straight line winds knocked down trees and power lines throughout Lauderdale County.
Damaging straight line winds moved through East Central and Northeast Lauderdale County. This is the same storm that produced damaged across Poinsett and Mississippi Counties in Arkansas. Trees were knocked down in the town of Ripley. The town of Gates received damage as the storm continued northeast. Damage to trees and fences was found in Gates. Power poles were snapped and power lines were knocked down along Highway 209 between Halls and Gates. A shop was destroyed and a home was damaged along Lawrence Road.
Straight line winds damaged a roof off of Highway 88 near Halls. In addition, utility poles and power lines were knocked down near Ripley.
