ELSA, Texas (ValleyCentral) — American Electric Power (AEP) crews are responding to over three thousand power outages in Elsa. Sunday afternoon, AEP crews are responding to power outages that left approximately 3,730 Elsa residents without power. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: COVID-19 vaccination distribution in the RGV AEP said the outage is affecting approximately 1,700 customers. The cause is not known yet.
