Crews had restored power to approximately 16,000 customers by approximately 5 a. m. , and by 6 a. m. , the lights were back on for nearly everyone. Rain changed over to snow quickly across the Wasatch Front Tuesday night, leading into a very busy overnight for power crews. As of 5:30 a. m. , Rocky Mountain Power was reporting just over 5,500 customers without power across the Beehive State. That number climbing from just over 3,000 customers at 5 a. m.
