The storm may be over, but work continues to restore power throughout Marshall County. At the height of the outages, more than 13,000 people in Ohio and Marshall counties were without power. As of an update from American Electric Power West Virginia late Monday morning, 4,300 remained in the dark. But crews are hard at work trying to knock that number down.
