Thunderstorm Wind. Emergency management estimated winds gusted to 65 mph. Sporadic tree damage was reported across northern Wayne County. Power lines and trees were down near Johnsonville. Six miles north of Cisne along the Clay County line, five to six power poles were down on U.S. Highway 45. Cisne was out of power for 15 hours due to the downed poles.
