Thunderstorm Wind. Damage was reported along the length of Vandalia Road on the south side of Jacksonville. Numerous trees and power lines were blown down and the facade was torn off a church.

Tornado. A tornado touched down along Arenzville Road about 1 mile south of St. Pauls Church Road at 1:55 PM CDT. The tornado tracked northeastward along Arenzville Road causing damage to trees and power lines near the intersection with St. Pauls Church Road before dissipating at 1:58 PM CDT.
