At least 15 trees downed along with several powerlines down on GA Hwy 96 just south of the Jeffersonville exit.
A EF0 tornado briefly touched just east of Mountain Springs Church Road in northern Twiggs County. The tornado snapped and uprooted trees behind a home along the road and blew siding off of a home next to a main power line running through the area. Several trees were snapped and uprooted on either side of the clearing for the powerlines. The tornado quickly lifted within a heavily forested area shortly after touching down.

TWIGGS COUNTY, Ga. (WGXA) -- Twiggs County is under a 72-hour boil advisory. According to city officials, this is due to the power outage throughout Jeffersonville after Tuesday's storms. WEDNESDAY AM UPDATE: Severe Weather Threat in Middle GeorgiaBecause of the power outage, the city lost water pressure. The power has since been restored and water pressure is returning, but the city is asking everyone to boil water out of precaution. RELATED: Part of Hwy. 96 in Twiggs Co.
