Numerous trees and power lines were blown down just north of Jemison. The damage began near CR 770, traveled in a southeast direction, and ended near CR 51. The damage occurred in a 2.4 mile long path that was approximately one half of a mile wide. One home sustained damage, a few signs were knocked down, and a few outbuildings were damaged.
A weak tornado touched down just south of the city of Jemison. The tornado knocked down some power lines along US 31 that went over the top of a train. A few automobiles were flipped over and severely damaged. Numerous trees and power lines were blown down along the path. Several homes sustained varying degrees of roof damage.
