Wind gusts estimated to be 70 mph blew down a 14 inch diameter tree, some 6 inch diameter tree limbs, and some power poles in Kahoka, MO around 350 pm CDT May 8.
Freezing rain resulted in an ice coating of a tenth to under a quarter inch during the morning commute hours on February 17. Power outages were also reported. Damage amounts are unknown.

A powerful storm system moved across eastern Iowa into southwest Wisconsin, sweeping a strong cold front through the area during the afternoon hours of Thursday, April 20th. A line of thunderstorms developed quickly along the front, with one of these storms becoming severe in Clark County as it neared the Mississippi River.
A line of powerful thunderstorms developed ahead of a cold front moving southeast from Iowa into far northeast Missouri during the evening hours of August 28th. The line of thunderstorms produced damaging winds in Clark County. Very heavy rainfall was also reported with this storm with reports of 3 to 4 inches in far northeast Missouri.
A line of severe storms tracked east over eastern Iowa, northwest Illinois, and northeast Missouri during the evening of March 6th. Widespread winds over 70 mph, small hail, and several tornadoes were reported. Damage from these storms included: downed trees, power poles, destroyed out buildings, and roof damage to several homes.
A powerful storm system lifted into the central Plains on the afternoon of April 27, 2014 and brought several rounds of showers and thunderstorms to eastern Iowa. Some of these thunderstorms were severe and produced damaging winds in northeast Missouri. Lightning struck the Old Stone Church in St. Francisville and caused a fire that would destroy the building as the line of thunderstorms moved across the region. In addition to the damaging winds, rainfall totals ranged from a half an inch to around 1 inch in a little under an hour.
A powerful storm system moved from the Southern Plains on Wednesday morning into Michigan by early Friday morning. This brought much needed precipitation to Clark and Scotland Counties in Missouri. Precipitation began to fall as rain on Wednesday evening with isolated thunderstorms occurring Wednesday night into Thursday. A powerful cold front swept through Clark and Scotland Counties on Thursday morning changing the precipitation over to all snow from west to east by mid morning. In addition, winds switched to the northwest and increased rapidly to 20 to 30 mph with gusts as high as 50 mph. This led to a few hours of blowing snow but no major visibility reductions were reported in far northeast Missouri. Conditions began to improve rapidly from west to east on Thursday afternoon as the storm system departed eastward.
