This us totally unacceptable. So many of us haven’t had power for 11-12 hrs. I lived in the north where we had cold periods like this for extended times and never had a power outage. WHAT IS GOING ON??? Fix it!!
I’m going to sue these assholes if my pipes freeze. We can’t report outage and it shows we have power!
My power has been out for hours. I was in the middle of something very important that could only be done this evening! I’m very angry about this happening so often so fix it once and for all. Keller should have had the appropriate electrical in place before allowing people to build so many homes. I’ve been here 25 yrs and never had this problem until more recently!!!
Power is put as of 9:45. What is the problem and when will you get it fixed!!!!!
