We live at 220 Cheyenne trail we have not had any electric at all for 3 days, our block is dead but all my neighbors across from us have electric I have reported this several times and so has the 7 house out on Cheyenne tr, no call text or sniff of electric this is not good for just one block to not have any electric for days what the hell is going on, can we please just get the rolling electric for 30 minutes
yes. power out in krum Texas since 8pm. this is the 3rd time today. lost power from 230am-8am. lost power 840am-430pm, lost power 808pm-11pm so far. i have to say the power companies are geniuses. they decided to be the only state in the USA. to have its own independent power grid for the state. if we were on the u.s.a. shared grid we would all have.power right now. also we haven't been able to.get thru by calling even when calling the emergency medical line. automated message saying too busy call later. guess we will call back AFTER WE DIE!! also the power outage map is not working or updating or sending the text or email status updates. so I guess there is and or there website is lack luster as well
