High Wind. At 11:45 AM, dispatch noted that they had two separate occurances of powerlines blown down leading to fires in the Annville community. At 11:55 AM, two additional reports were made. The first was of a powerline blown down, leading to a fire in the Gray Hawk Community. The second was a powerline blown down leading to a fire in the Tyner Community.

Heavy Snow. A social media report showed 4.4 inches of snow accumulation 1 mile northwest of Hurley just after 6 PM on the 16th. Snow continued for most of the evening across the county. By 830 PM a social media report of 6.1 inches was received from along KY-30 near the Jackson/Owsley county line. Power outages due to heavy wet snow occurred in the county.

Thunderstorm Wind. A citizen observed a tree blown onto a powerline, subsequently knocking it onto Kentucky Highway 587 just east of Bradshaw.

Thunderstorm Wind. Emergency Management relayed reports of trees blown down across the central part of the county, including in McKee. An electric power pole was also observed to be burning on Kentucky Highway 1071 southeast of McKee.
