October 29, 2017 - High Wind

High winds were briefly observed in the Lower Susquehanna Valley between 11:30pm on 10/29 and 12:30am on 10/30. The ASOS at Fort Indiantown Gap (KMUI) recorded a gust of 70 mph. Numerous trees and power lines were reported down across northern Lebanon County.

October 29, 2012 - High Wind

High winds produced widespread damage. Dozens of trees and utility wires were knocked down, closing several roads. At the height of the storm, 13,000 customers were without power. Several properties reported significant roof damage. In Spring Hill Acres, a large tree came through the roof of a home. South London Derry and South Annville Township also reported similar damage.

August 28, 2011 - Strong Wind

Strong to damaging non-thunderstorm winds associated with Hurricane Irene knocked down several trees and utility wires, causing widespread road closures and thousands of power outages.

February 12, 2009 - High Wind

Non-thunderstorm wind gusts between 55 and 65 mph toppled numerous trees and power lines across Lebanon County. A barn roof was blown off and reported on the road on King Street in South Lebanon Township. The Fort Indiantown Gap military airport recorded a peak gust of 61 mph.
