The power outage in Lewisville gives me no hope in the power company. We are not seen as people. I have had no power during the whole time. There are others that have power in and out. Why can't this company do the same?

No power at all. How can people be so cruel? Give at least power here and there to survive. A couple hours a day. Why do some people get power? Middle and lower income citizens are in need of power as well. If we pay for the service, the least they can do is to give power to warm up a room and charge and cook stuff. It is a necessity. Give a somewhat accurate statement and not keep saying... the next day....next day....the next day...
