The power outage in Lewisville gives me no hope in the power company. We are not seen as people. I have had no power during the whole time. There are others that have power in and out. Why can't this company do the same?

No power at all. How can people be so cruel? Give at least power here and there to survive. A couple hours a day. Why do some people get power? Middle and lower income citizens are in need of power as well. If we pay for the service, the least they can do is to give power to warm up a room and charge and cook stuff. It is a necessity. This is cruelty how my electric company has dealt with this. False deadlines that increase every single day. Give a somewhat accurate statement and not keep saying... the next day....next day....the next day...

What Causes Power Outages?

  • Severe weather (high winds, lightning, winter storms, heat waves, rain or flooding can cause damage to power lines or equipment);

  • Repairing, maintenance or upgrades on power lines and equipment.

What are the Top Outage Safety Tips?

  • Stay away from the downed power lines, park vehicles in protected areas;
