Weatherflow observation at the foot of Sunset Point Pier measured 50.3 knot wind gust or 58 mph. Numerous large limbs were reported blown down along with some fences in the old Mandeville area. Electric utility customers reported over 800 customer without power.

Several trees and large tree branches were blown down in Old Mandeville, blocking Villere Road and Monroe Street. Power was out across much of the area south of US Highway 190 and East Causeway Approach and west of Louisiana Highway 59.
