We have no power since Tuesday and we keep on getting messages indicating that Power will return and it does not happen. JCPNL send a message every day that power will be restored by 11 PM. When the time comes, then they send another text indicating that it will be the next day. We have no lights, food from two refrigerators had to be thrown out. We also had to find a hotel for the last three days and had to find a place to keep our dog overnight. We are already close to 1,500 in expenses over the last four days and maybe more by Monday. We plan to leave our house in the mountains if we don't get power. However, what happens to people that cannot get a hotel or go someplace else. How about we have a sick person in the house? We have no water for toilets, no air conditioning,
Do u have an estimate for power restoration? We have been out since Tuesday.
