- Repairing, maintenance or upgrades on power lines and equipment.
What are the Top Outage Safety Tips?
- Stay away from the downed power lines, park vehicles in protected areas;

Power outage on Green Fish Hill? Been out an hour. Second time in as many days....
I watched the tree split in two, fall on a wire and watched the transformer spark, make a loud popping sound and most of the Fleetwood section of Mt Vernon go dark at 1pm, it’s now 1am, everyone’s apartments are like Suanas and only going to get worse. It’s 1am, 12 hours later and while a few coned trucks have driven past, nobody has moved a muscle to fix home bound people who are still working and schooling from home. Con Ed only says they know their is a problem but has no time table for repair. Customer service At it’s worst!
