Heavy Snow. Rain changed to a wet heavy snow during the predawn hours of November 16th. Snowfall rates through mid morning reached an inch or two per hour as visibilities dropped to a quarter mile or less. Total snowfall was around 6 inches across most of |the county. The slushy heavy wet snow caused a few accidents and power losses in the morning but by afternoon it had mostly melted on roads.

Ice Storm. Freezing rain accumulated between 1/2 and 1 inch across the county causing fairly widespread moderate to major tree damage. Power lines and other damage was also noted with many power outages reported, some lasting a few days.

Thunderstorm Wind. Thunderstorm wind gusts of around 60 mph took down 5 power poles west of Auburn.

Thunderstorm Wind. Thunderstorm wind gusts estimated at least 60 mph downed a large tree in Pawnee City and also downed many tree limbs. The winds also blew a window out of a vacant building, and a few cars were damaged by fallen tree limbs. Trees and power poles were reported broken on county roads 2 miles west and 2.5 miles north of town.
