Flash Flood. Flooding along Walnut Creek flowed over the on-ramp to Interstate 25 then over U.S. 380 in San Antonio. The exit ramp from Interstate 25 and U.S. Highway 380 was closed. Flood waters inundated several acres of farm land with debris from downed power poles. Two to three feet of water in San Antonio entered at least one home. Damage amounts of a very rough estimate.
