High Wind. Wauseon AWOS reported a 60 mph wind gust during the 1 PM hour. A 46 KT wind gust was first observed during the 10 AM hour. Frequent gusts of 40 to 50 mph from west and northwest were observed in the area through the early afternoon. These wind gusts resulted in instances of tree damage and subsequent power outages.
