Wind gusts of up to 61 MPH were reported on a PA DOT wind sensor on Route 322 at Fish Road. Gusts of up to 54 MPH were recorded on the Franklin Airport AWOS. Trees were downed into two different structures on Mercer Road and Mable Lane in Franklin. Widespread damage to trees and power lines was reported in Polk.

A narrow swath of focused damage was encountered near Palmer Avenue and an adjacent cemetery. A power pole was snapped at a nearby softball field, and substantial tree damage was encountered beginning along Palmer Avenue, where hardwood limbs were snapped, and softwood trees were snapped or uprooted entirely. Damage resembled that of a QLCS mesovortex tornado, but there was insufficient evidence to arrive at a decisive cause.

A microburst, primarily hit Victoria Township near Five Points, with a 70 mph (61 kts) wind gust. Many trees were toppled or snapped. A few trees fell on houses. Power lines were downed. This microburst was one quarter mile wide. Lesser damage extended southward to Clintonville and westward to Barkeyville.
