As some get their power back from a shutoff that started Wednesday, another shutoff could hit Californians this weekend, the utility company says.

Any info on Outage in Palo Cedro Ca.? Went out about 10 min ago. All the lights in the neighborhood were blinking like a strobe light for about 5 min before it went out.
