A tornado developed southwest of Cameron and moved generally north. It destroyed mobile homes, damaged homes, destroyed outbuildings, snapped numerous trees and power poles, uprooted numerous trees, and rolled several vehicles. Based on this damage, maximum estimated wind in the tornado was 110 to 120 mph.
