GREEN BAY (WLUK) -- We have been keeping an eye on power outages as the storms rolled through. By noon, Wisconsin Public Service and We Energies said they had restored power to more than 73,000 customers. Wednesday's storms knocked out power to more than 160,000 customers. WPS outages.
