After last year's "learning experience"...why has PGE not learned how to pre-alert customers of power shutdowns? To those of us managing our household electrical systems, and activities supported by them, that "early warning" makes a significant difference. BTW, I am a Santa Cruz county resident but have family building a home in Santa Cruz County. This issue covers both counties and more!
