Numerous reports of downed trees, tree limbs, and power lines were received across the county. Several large tree limbs fell onto a home in Newberry causing roof damage.

Thunderstorm Wind. Newberry Co Sheriff's Office reported, via social media, numerous trees and power lines down, blocking SC Hwy 66, SC Hwy 72, and several other streets in Whitmire. Some property damage occurred. No injuries. Time estimated.
