The Coweta County 911 center reported trees and power lines blown down from Chastain Way in Newnan to Marion Beavers Road and Mikes Lane in Sharpsburg.
Several reports of trees and powerlines down between Clearwater Lake and Hwy 54 near Shack Hunter Road. Minor damage to a pontoon boat was also noted at Clearwater Lake. Reports from county emergency management. Time estimated from radar.
The Coweta County 911 center reported trees and power lines blown down on Ball Street in Newnan and near the intersection of Bob Smith Road and Stewart Road near Sharpsburg.
The Coweta County Emergency Manager and the public reported trees down near Thomas Crossroads, with power out as well. Power lines were down in four areas: the 500 block of Shaw Road, the 4000 and 4500 blocks of Highway 29 and the 200 block of Sam Road. Trees were also reported down on Lynhaven Drive, Salbide Avenue and Bruce Jackson Road.

Power out in Sharpsburg, no reason as of yet. I tried call the office but no one is answer due to it being a holiday. I'm doing online instruction and both of my devices are low. Is there an emergency # to call?
I tried calling the city department and they wouldn’t answer. I also called the neighboring city of Rocky Mount and they said there is nothing they can do and to keep calling Sharpsburg.
