Took almost all day. The last gal I called got the correct location. I gave others the wrong location/address address and they insisted that a repair person came. There was none until the last gal I spoke with gave the repair person the correct location. I lost a little food due to melting as it was HOT !!!. The last gal I spoke to and the repair person did a good job.
