COOS BAY, Ore. - Over 10,000 Pacific Power customers lost power Friday in Coos and Douglas counties as high winds battered Oregon. HIGH WINDS? STORM DAMAGE? Share Your Videos & Photos. The utility reported 4,891 customers were without power as of 12:30 p. m. Friday in Coos County, with another 8,204 without power in Douglas County.
