High Wind. Several hours of severe non-thunderstorm winds resulted in numerous damage reports, including downed and uprooted trees, downed powerlines, and roof and other property damage across all of Stewart County. In Dover, a roof was blown off a garage. The Stewart County emergency manager reported that a record number of 911 calls were received for a day as well as power outages across the county. Damages are estimated.
