High Wind. An AWOS station at Springfield Airport measured a peak non-thunderstorm wind gust of 74 mph. Several hours of severe non-thunderstorm winds resulted in numerous damage reports, including downed and uprooted trees, downed powerlines, and roof and other property damage across all of Robertson County. The worst damages were reported in Springfield where a Twitter user using #tspotter reported nine fallen trees, one of which fell on a car. No injuries were reported. Damages are estimated.

Ice Storm. This is a continuation of the event that began at the end of January 2023. Ice accumulations across Robertson County downed several trees and power lines. This resulted in power outages with an estimated 1,500 customers without power at one point late on January 31st. Treacherous travel conditions were also reported, especially along Interstates 24 and 65 with numerous wrecks occurring. No information was available on any potential injuries in these accidents.
