The tornado began in Allen Parish and moved into Evangeline Parish north of Cypress Creek Road. The tornado moved from Cypress Creek Road to Cypress Road and Red Lick Road, before dissipating south of the Rapides Parish line. Many trees and power lines were down. Maximum estimated winds were 118 MPH.
