Thunderstorm Wind. Emergency management reported an outbuilding and a barn destroyed along NW CR 1180 between Barry and Corsicana, with scattered damage to power poles and tree limbs.

Extreme Cold/Wind Chill. Extreme cold gripped the county for several days. Overnight lows were near or below 20 degrees Fahrenheit almost all week. The period of February 15-16th was the coldest with low temperatures between 6 and -6 degrees Fahrenheit. The maximum temperature on the 15th was only around 15 degrees Fahrenheit. Wind chill values during the 14th-16th were between 10 to -15 degrees Fahrenheit most of the time. The cold temperatures resulted in an extreme amount of damage to pipes, infrastructure, and power.

Thunderstorm Wind. Several large trees and power poles were knocked down in a 7 mile stretch from Chatfield, TX to the northeast part of the county line. Damage was associated to straight line winds.
